Payment

We accept payment through secure online processing.

Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We process orders within two days of receipt of payment and delivery is within two weeks. All gowns are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise directed. Upgrade to express delivery is available at an additional expense. Insurance can be added to all shipments at customer’s expense. Customer will be notified via e-mail of the tracking number for their shipment.

Taxes : Is my purchase taxable?

If the dress is shipped into the State of Florida, the sales tax will be calculated on your counties individual tax rate. If the dress is shipped out of state there is no sales tax required. Your tax will be added onto the total price of your purchase depending on the shipping address of your gown.

Typographical Errors

In the event a gown is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for gowns listed at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and customer’s credit card charged. If customer’s credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to customer’s credit card account in the amount of the charge.
