Frequently Asked Questions

  1.

Are the gowns authentic designer bridal gowns?

Yes.  All of our bridal gowns are 100% authentic designer bridal gowns as described. The labels are intact and any hang tags will be shipped with the gown.  Dresses were originally purchased direct from the manufacturer as part of the salon's licensing agreement. These store samples and discontinued dresses are being sold to make room for new inventory.

  2. Are the bridal gowns new?

These bridal gowns are samples or discontinued gowns which means that they have been tried on or “shop worn”.  Our staff inspects each wedding gown to insure that each gown is in “near new” condition.   Our trained professional bridal gown cleaner makes absolutely sure that there are no make-up or dust marks on the gowns and that all beading is secure and intact.  We pride ourselves on the excellent condition of our gowns before shipping to make sure the bridal gowns can be worn without any visible marks or permanent damage to the gown.  If there is any defect or mark on a wedding dress it will be noted in the comments of the dress description.  We pride ourselves in having the best selection of wedding dresses in the best condition.

  3. How do you get these great discounts?

All our wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, flower girls dresses and mother of the bride dresses are salon samples. They have been tried on at least once under the supervision of a consultant.

  4. How often does do you get new bridal gowns in?

We like to add gowns as often as possible to make room for more merchandise.  Check back if you do not find the bridal gown of your dreams.  New bridal gowns will be added to the end of the gown search results.

  5. How soon will I get my wedding dress once I order?

Because we have the bridal gowns on hand, your bridal gown will be shipped within two weeks of placing an order. This is a bonus for those brides having a short engagement and wanting a designer wedding dress which usually takes 4-7 months to order.

  6. What if I am a size 6 and the wedding dress
I want is a size 10?

Bridal Gowns are usually sized smaller than normal “street clothes”, so we have included with each dress the actual measurements of that dress from that particular manufacturer.  Keep in mind that a professional wedding gown seamstress is recommended to fine tune your gown to fit you perfectly.  If you find a dress that you love, but the size is one or two sizes to big, remember that dresses can be taken in to give you an exact fit.  There are seam allowances to allow for some letting out of dresses if you find that it is a little to small for your figure. If you have any questions about sizing, be sure to contact us so we can help you with those details.

  7. Can I return my dress if I change my mind and decide that I don't like it anymore?

Unfortunately, no.  All gown purchases are considered a final sale.

  8. What if there is something wrong with my gown
when I receive it?

We accept authorized returns only. If there is a problem with your gown you must notify us by phone within 24 hours from receipt of the gown.  We will discuss with you the reason for the problem and then will determine if there would be a special circumstance for a return.  Any gown returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
